Five Spots Most Cleaners Skip in Wayne County Homes (And Why We Don't)
The corners, crevices, and forgotten hardware that quietly separate a real clean from a quick wipe-down — what we cover on every deep clean.
Post Construction · Wayne County, NC
Three-phase cleaning for new builds and renovations across Wayne County — drywall dust, adhesive, splatter, and the residue that always survives the final walkthrough.

The three-phase model
Construction dust can't be solved in one final clean — by then it's already trapped under paint, behind cabinets, beneath floors. So we clean three times, between the right trades, with the right equipment each time.
Phase 01
After drywall · Before paint
Phase 02
After paint · Before flooring
Phase 03
After flooring · Before turnover
Built for GCs and finished builds
Post-construction cleaning is half coordination, half equipment. We do both — and we work the way construction schedules actually work.
Rough, touch-up, final. Dust doesn't get trapped under finishes the next trade installs on top.
Different vacuums for fine construction dust than residential. Drywall powder needs the right filtration.
Insurance certificates ready for any GC relationship. Send the project address and we issue a COI before phase one.
We can schedule the final clean to end just before your listing photo shoot. Last clean, last touch-up, photos.
What's covered
Every cabinet, every vent, every appliance interior, every sticker removed — the finishing details that turn a job site into a home.

Questions we hear
Phase selection, COIs, photographer coordination, what's actually different about construction dust — the questions GCs and homeowners ask before phase one.
Most homeowners post-renovation only need the final clean, scoped to the affected rooms. Most general contractors and developers book all three phases. We do any combination — talk to us about scope on the quote form.
General liability and worker's compensation suitable for active construction sites. We provide certificates of insurance to GCs on request — include the GC's name and project address on the quote.
A 2,500 sqft single-family build typically takes a two-person team a full day. Larger custom homes a day and a half to two days. Renovation-only finals usually finish in a half-day.
Yes — every visible appliance and window sticker, plus the adhesive underneath. We use the right solvent for each surface so we don't damage fresh paint or stainless steel finishes.
Yes. Tell us the photo shoot time on the quote and we'll end the final clean just before the photographer arrives. We can also be on-site during the shoot for last-minute glass and hardware touch-ups.
We clean visible vents and returns. Actual duct cleaning (interior of the ductwork) needs different equipment and is best done by a licensed HVAC specialist. We'll refer one.
A deep clean is for occupied homes — works from a maintainable baseline. A post-construction final addresses things a deep clean doesn't have to: drywall dust in vents, paint splatter on outlets, manufacturer stickers, fine construction grit on every surface.
