How we handle your information.

When you request a quote or book a clean we collect the information you give us on the form — your name, email address, phone number, home address, the service you're interested in, your timing preferences, whether you have pets, and any notes you choose to share.

We also collect basic technical information when you visit the site — your browser type, your device, and the pages you view — through standard server logs. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

We use the information you provide to respond to your quote, schedule your clean, send you booking confirmations, and follow up on service. We may use your phone number to contact you about a specific job or to confirm a visit.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with marketers. We may share it with the small number of trusted vendors who help us run the business — for example, our payments processor and our cloud hosting provider — and only as needed to deliver the service you've asked for.

We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as you remain a client and for a reasonable period after, so we can answer questions about past visits and meet our tax and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will remove what we're not required to keep.

We use a small number of cookies that are necessary to run the site — most importantly, to keep our admin team signed in when they log into the internal dashboard. We do not use cookies for advertising.

Your information is stored on AWS infrastructure with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We restrict access to your information to the people who need it to do their jobs.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you at any time. To do that, email simplypolishednc@gmail.com or call (919) 750-7350. If you live somewhere with specific privacy laws (such as California, Virginia, or the EU), you may have additional rights under those laws and we will honor them.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will note it on this page with an updated effective date.
